The Process
Our goal is to make this period of decision making as easy and smooth for our clients as possible.
Step One
Once you submit your request via phone fax email or in person, we will set up an appointment (in person or over the phone in some cases) to assess the needs of the person needing placement. This will include discussing family and medical history as well as the financial aspect of the process.
Step Two
We will then meet with the client and the family to discuss options and start touring the facilities. We will provide the family with as many options as needed making sure the facility is the best fit for the client while being mindful of your budget and preferred location.
Step Three
Have peace of mind knowing that you or your loved one is in good hands! We will follow up after the move-in to check in via calls, emails, or in person visits.
